No Experience Needed

No Experience Jobs

Plenty of jobs really do train from nothing. The problem is that the phrase no experience needed is also the favourite line of every scam listing on the internet, so the search results mix both together.

This page collects genuine no-experience openings from our listings, with what each sector pays, what it will ask of you, and the specific patterns that mark a listing as fake.

Roles That Genuinely Train From Scratch

Cleaning, warehouse operative work, kitchen and hospitality roles, care assistant positions, retail and customer service all hire without experience and train on the job. These are not consolation prizes — several of them pay above entry-level office work, particularly on night and weekend shifts.

Security guarding and delivery driving belong here too but need one document first: a licence or guard card for security, a clean driving licence for delivery. Both are obtainable in weeks rather than years.

What They Ask Instead of Experience

Availability, physical reliability and a clean background check are the three things that decide these applications. For care and any role involving vulnerable people, a DBS check in the UK or equivalent background screening in the US is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Shift flexibility is the strongest lever you have. Nights, early mornings and weekends are the hardest slots for employers to fill, they pay premiums, and being available for them moves you to the front of the queue immediately.

What No-Experience Work Pays

In the US, these roles commonly run $14 to $20 an hour, with warehouse, security night shifts and delivery generally at the higher end and retail and kitchen work at the lower.

In the UK, most sit at or just above the National Living Wage, with night warehouse work, care and security paying above it. Overtime and shift premiums frequently add more than the difference between one sector and another.

How to Tell a Fake Listing

The tells are consistent: pay far above the market rate for unskilled work, no interview, contact through WhatsApp or Telegram rather than a company email, and at some point a request for money for training, equipment, a starter kit or a background check.

No legitimate employer charges you to begin work. Be equally wary of listings that will not name the employer, and of anything offering visa sponsorship for unskilled work — that combination is almost always a fee scam.

Frequently Asked

No Experience Jobs — Common Questions

Which jobs really need no experience?
Cleaning, warehouse work, kitchen and hospitality roles, care assistant positions, retail and customer service all train after hiring. Security and delivery do too, once you hold a guard licence or a clean driving licence.
How do I get hired with an empty CV?
Make your availability the headline, especially for nights, early mornings and weekends. Those shifts are the hardest to fill and being open to them puts you ahead of candidates who are not.
Do these jobs pay badly?
Not necessarily. Night warehouse, care and security shifts often pay above entry-level office work once premiums and overtime are counted. Compare the total package rather than the base rate.
How do I spot a fake no-experience listing?
Unusually high pay for unskilled work, no interview, contact only through a messaging app, and any request for payment for training, equipment or checks. No real employer charges you to start.
Can I get visa sponsorship for an unskilled job?
Almost never, and any agency charging you for one is running a scam. Sponsorship rules in both the UK and US require skill and salary levels that these roles do not meet. Our guides explain the thresholds.
