Before you accept a quota

Divide the monthly pay by the monthly contact quota. That per-contact figure, not the headline salary, is what you are being offered. Then ask what tools and paid credits the employer supplies, because a quota that assumes free tools is a quota that assumes something else is going on.

What the work involves

Following a client's ideal customer profile, researching companies, identifying the relevant decision maker, collecting business contact details, checking them, and delivering a consistent spreadsheet or table on a schedule.

The question that protects you

Ask whose account and whose tooling the extraction runs on. Where an employer expects bulk export from a platform whose terms prohibit it, the restriction falls on the account that did it. If that is your personal profile, the cost of the job is your profile.
