Fresh Graduate & Entry-Level — Private Sector Employers

Private-sector employers across Pakistan hire graduates continuously and in batches — management trainee officers at banks and FMCG companies, junior sales and marketing executives, customer support and live-chat agents at BPOs, junior developers, QA and technical support at software houses, and junior HR, admin and finance roles in corporate offices. Most of these are written for candidates with no prior work history.

Check the offer against the minimum wage first

Labour is a provincial subject, so each province notifies its own minimum wage. Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa notified PKR 40,000 a month for an unskilled adult worker, and the federal budget for 2026–27 raised the federal figure to PKR 40,700 from 1 July 2026. A full-time role at a commercial establishment offering less than the notification that applies to your province is below the legal floor, whatever the advertisement calls it. Confirm the current notification for your province before you accept.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree; some trainee intakes set a minimum CGPA
• No prior experience for roles titled trainee, management trainee officer, graduate trainee or junior executive
• Working English for customer-facing and international-client roles
• CNIC, a one-page CV, degree and transcript, and a recent photograph
• Willingness to work shifts for BPO, call centre and support roles

What is on offer

• Structured onboarding and paid training in most trainee programmes
• Commission or performance incentives on top of base pay in sales roles
• Confirmation to a permanent role after a probation period, commonly three to six months
• EOBI and provincial social-security registration, which a genuine full-time employer is required to arrange
• Hiring concentrated in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, with Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar hiring in retail, telecom and BPO

Before you apply

Ask for the appointment letter in writing before you resign from anything or relocate. It should state the job title, the gross salary, the probation period, the working hours and the notice period. No genuine private employer charges you a fee for training, a security deposit, or a "registration" payment to be considered — treat any such request as a fraud.
